You can use a centralized exchange (counterparty must be using also a centralized ex), at the very least, they would block the counterparty’s account. If there are still funds left, there’s a chance you could recover them. In the case of Binance, for example, this process usually takes around 30 days.

Sorry for your loss, you should move on and deal with caution in future.
 
As stated in OP by @littyagain , he lost 2500$ due to a wrong deal , and i think its terrible if that happened

But i have my doubts and this looks suspicious , that he opened this Dispute thread after the member was banned , or he opened the thread knowing the member is on way to get banned

Second , how can somebody pay 2500 $ to just run ads like this, its not normally heard of, that too with a normal premium member , and despite that he is again opening WTB threads instantly ( though its his choice). 2500$ figure to me just looks like ploy to grab eyeballs

I maybe wrong but the OP looks somewhat suspicious to me

As per BHW rules you cannot open a dispute before notifying the seller and wait for 48 hours. I am assuming the seller has ripped of other users as well in the mean time. When I stated in the DM i am going to open a dispute, he said to wait for 24 hours and that he will deliver the service.

As stated in this thread before, the seller said there is a 2,000$ minimum for running the BH ads (cloaker, proxies, antidetect browser, ad account).
 
@BassTrackerBoats did you ban @saifi2649, or did you just temporarily delete his account based on his request?
because if it's the second option, it means the scammer has managed to protect his account from being banned and is just waiting for enough time to pass so that his victims and other members forget about him — allowing him to return and scam again.

He first got banned (it said banned on request) and then the user was deleted. hopefully the moderator can say more about this
