Hi, guys, I have recently found a site from the expired domain very aged domain active since 2012 it is now expired so I look at way machine as well as Google cache when I check google cache I got surprised every page which was being indexed these are showing cached of new website which is active and using this (i mean which has been expired ) content and even ranking I also look at that domain actually that site currently have given back-links to that expired domain what do say what should I do ?

Are you sure and should I use that content as I check seriously it was ranking top 1 with buying keywords and had 200 organic traffic, will google penalize it if I restore those content as those contents are still indexed in google but when I click on cache it shows that site which has grabbed its contents
 
Since the content is still in the index, you might get a duplicate content penalty

Also, if you were to scrape DEAD content (ie., the domain expired), the owner of the original site can still go after you for using his content because US copyright law protects CREATORS from the unauthorized use of their Intellectual Property

Think of it this way: if a book is out of print, the author can still sue you for copying and pasting his text into a new book

Let me explains you clear, guess there is 2 site one Is A [ expired domain] and secound is Site B [ a new site ]
While site B has given backlik to site A and even on same content he has now published on his site. So when i check google index cache it shows Site A on search result but when i click Cache it shows Site B url in side cache is now i can't use that content or actualy that website own content.

Don't get overly excited.
There are countless people/companies using sophisticated bots and tools to quickly spot and grab any domain that's worth something and someone let it go (for whatever reason).
In my opinion, if the domain was really worth something, it won't be up for grab for more than 1 day after expiring...

I belive in you bro, but as it is .co.in domain so i though it might worth
