Diet Related Ads On Adwords. Any Experience?

Dear BHW Members,

I have seen some ads on google search ads about Diet/health(keto diet) related products. As far as I know, it's not allowed on adwords. Any idea how they are running these type of ads or how to run health/diet related ads on google adwords?

One more question, How google assign account manager for your google adwords account? Based on Spending?

Diet, weight.loss, keto are restricted niches in Google Ads, which means they are allowed to run, but with restrictions. It is possible to run these BUT by avoiding any type of weight loss related statement(s) in the ad copy (ad headlines, ad description). Ofcourse this aspect may mean higher CPC. So the campaign setup needs to be done very carefully.
Another way people run weight loss niche is cloaked campaigns (alternative type of allowed keywords, safe page, money page, cloaker).
About account manager for Google Ads, they assign an account manager only for their premier Google Ads partner's Google Ads accounts. All other types of Google Ads accounts nowadays do not have any assigned manager or assigned representative from Google Ads.
In my and many other members observations, it is better not to contact Google Ads support, as their reps do not have much campaign knowledge : they are trained only to offer advices that are geared for the user to spend the maximum spendings possible.

Sure, that's why 90% of the keto ads have "burn fat fast" in the title / description.

It's a combination of spend and rate of increasing the budget.
In all honesty, you can do very well without the reps. They are good for whitelisting betas, but you have to bare in mind that their one and only interest is to increase your ad spend.

Are you aware of ad copy (words) manipulation ? Those who know about it are able to put literally any words, any sentences in ad headlines & ad descriptions. It may sound as as something impossible to many, but it does exist.

I am aware of it, I even ran many ads like this myself. I'm just saying it's easy to run very agressive ad copies.

When you perform black/gray hat you must use all contents new including Html code, images, copy.

Hey, digging out your response related to ad copy manipulation : there is a way to include any words in ad headlines ? Is it still working ? Would be nice to have more details.
