Developing an Application for Automatically Liking and Disliking Comments

Task for Freelancer: Developing an Application for Automatically Liking and Disliking Comments on articles (site in PM)

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an application that will operate on both computers and Android mobile devices. This application should automatically click "likes" and "dislikes" on comments posted on the website below articles.

The application should have the following functionalities:

1. Automatic Clicking of "Likes" and "Dislikes": The ability to select comments that will receive "likes" or "dislikes".
2. Flexible Timing: The ability to set the application to operate at different time intervals, according to a specified schedule.

I am aware that there are already individuals using similar solutions on this site, as some comments receive significantly more "likes" or "dislikes" than others, often up to 1500. I would like to have a similar capability.

I am not familiar with the budget or technical aspects of this task, so I am requesting a cost estimate and the time needed for completion. I would like the application to be user-friendly and allow me to manage "likes" and "dislikes" on comments at any given time.
