Destroy rankings on Wordpress Site

I have admin access to a wordpress site that I want to alter their ranking without them knowing. What is the best way to do this? Can I add a no-follow to robot text or is there an easier/stealth way? I now work for a competitor and was treated badly by the owner of the site I have access to. The site ranks well based on some simple seo I did to the page titles and keywords. They are using an seo plugin.

Pretty sure if you knew how to rank well for keywords, you would know how to undo that.

even though they treated you poorly, you doing this to them would make you lower scum.
Its petty..just very very petty.

Take the lesson and learn to work with better people.

If the site ranks well based on simple SEO that you did, why not replicate this and do ADVANCED SEO to outrank... Don't get back at people by kicking them in the knees, that's immoral and lacking honour. But it is moral in a freemarket to outrank the legitimately...

tldr don't do anything to them... the best advice is like he said, learn to deal with people better so this never happens again...

Your right. I don't want any negative Karma, but I am completely immoral and a firm believer in revenge! I'll outrank with other site(s).

Karma aside, the one-click solution is on Settings -> Reading.

Click on Discourage search engines from indexing this site

It'd probably take them a very long time to notice, and the damage would be done, but it's a one-click fix, too.
 
Thanks, after watching that I had to go curl up on the couch and i felt really ill for about 5 minutes.
