Deleting youtube videos

Hi guys , i have observed many people are posting english Tv serials and deleting after 4 hours ..some of them got monitorized with in 3 days . how it possible..

i want to know wether they are deleteing or putting in Private or Unlist ...which one they are doing ..

If they delete those how they will get monitorised ,, by by evening their chennal will be empty without videos.
Please let me know in comment .....

Why don't you test it? Maybe that's a method to gain subscribers and avoid ban.

It is just a way to get motized but such way will not be beneficial for future.

Do they put videos in private or unlist or delete.....
