Deleting unsuccessful Videos Because of Youtube Algorithm?

Hey everyone,

i started a new Youtube Channel and i have 2 Questions.

1. Do you think it affects my whole Channel and other Videos if i got some unsuccessful Videos, with 0 Views and 0 Watchtime after 1 Week? Should i better delete them to get more traffic to my other Videos?

2. Do you think if i upload too much Videos it triggers the Youtube Algorithm and my Videos get fewer Views? Because i want to grow as fast as possible and uploaded 3 to 5 Videos a Day since a Week but get almost no views. My highest Views for a Video is 20 after a Week. What do you think?

So im interested in your Opinion and whats your Strategy about that?

If they're bad , you get reported and banned , if they're good you get subs.

I personally haven't acieved anything with buying views, if someone could actually deliver quility views it would work.

And how do you get your videos? I personally record them.

Thanks, any advice where to buy good Views. I dont really want to risk to get banned.
