Dedicated Views Provider

I'm looking for a company suitable to do random drip-feed views on my whole Youtube channel ( approximately 60+ vids ) - could anyone suggest me a good site that is loyal to its customers, possibly avoiding companies that deliver views for blackhat activities?

 

I've never heard of a service like this. I'm not even sure it exists.
