I got database of 230 million domains, i believe its larger than BuiltWith

sure I am looking a place where I can purchase a database for small and medium business, but I need a company that has an updated and accurate database.

Thanks, I'm looking for a database for small and medium business in the USA for marketing them and I need decision maker on the company and also i need phone #, email, website
