Hello Guys,Sorry For My Bad English,I Just Want To Know That Dash Cam Videos And CCTV Video Footage Gets DMCA?YouTube Has Suspended My 5 Channel Based On Dash Cam Accident,I Got 3-4 Times Third Party Match Or Commercial Use Rights.Please Help Me....

I believe dash cam and cctv are different. Dash cam video are owned by the owner of the video. I remember a story about sound or no sound don't recall.

Only ways around getting DMCA'd are to distort the video to make it harder to auto match, don't use their footage in the first place or use your own footage.
