Okay, guys in some forums they selling da pa manipulation things and I was checking their customer's websites they just using those links and indexing. That's why I made a simple +400 backlink generator.
Just write your site name example : yoursite.com and tool will make them https://yoursite.com/
Note: I didn't use this tool but their technic simply this. You can use them on PBN's and these links will not affect your ranks only da/pa and page quality manipulation.
