Okay, guys in some forums they selling da pa manipulation things and I was checking their customer's websites they just using those links and indexing. That's why I made a simple +400 backlink generator.
Just write your site name example : yoursite.com and tool will make them https://yoursite.com/
Note: I didn't use this tool but their technic simply this. You can use them on PBN's and these links will not affect your ranks only da/pa and page quality manipulation.
Please don't use your money site if you don't know what are you doing!

Yes definitely whenever you buy backlink for money website check there RDs and relevancy to your website.
