Okay, guys in some forums they selling da pa manipulation things and I was checking their customer's websites they just using those links and indexing. That's why I made a simple +400 backlink generator.
Just write your site name example : yoursite.com and tool will make them https://yoursite.com/
Note: I didn't use this tool but their technic simply this. You can use them on PBN's and these links will not affect your ranks only da/pa and page quality manipulation.
Please don't use your money site if you don't know what are you doing!

this has been shared multiple times already,
shitty manipulated metrics and sadly it's used by many sellers on & off BHW,
that makes it harder to find worthy services in the marketplace & another reason to always ask for samples and check the tier 1 and 2 links of the PBNs before buying

Sorry I didn't see it before here that's why I'm shared this. Already I wrote on the post

I wanted to give users an idea maybe they can find something different on this.

sadly this is only used on manipulation of DA & PA as you said and it's just a way to advertise a false-positive product and basically scam people with fancy fake metrics

Now we learned something. If we buying guest posts or ad services from a website we have to check their backlink history and if we see those links we will go away isn't it?
 
If you google backlink generator you will find a bunch of them.
Where can you use them besides PBN?

yup, you should avoid any kind of spammy links while buying any link building service,
that includes these redirects, spam pages and too many others that can be used,

ignore the metrics and check multiple links linked to the PBN and the quality of on-page and off-page of these links,
take a look even at a couple of tier 2 links pointing to these PBNs

Got Scamed by this way back when I wanted a fancy MOZ rating. It’s still way too high (60 when it should be 20-30 maybe)

Yeah actually this method maximum increase to 60 I guess. Didn't see who is guarantee 90+
