The other DA checkers are useful when doing bulk checks of 10 at once, which makes for a real time saver.

Some free DA checkers online check either Moz or Ahrefs checkers (which are two different APIs and two different tools with different scoring).
Usually, I check DAs in bulk here: https://domchimp.com/tools/moz-bulk-da-pa-checker
However, to see the difference, you can check the "main tools" here:

It's very difficult to choose that which is right and which is wrong. Even SEO expert Neil Patel confirmed that he don't know which one is right.
I suggest you to choose one tool you like or you trust then don't leave that.
Anyway Moz is great. You can go with Moz.
