Current Instagram follow limit

Depends upon a lot of factors. Mainly your account's trust score. How you're doing those actions. though Generally speaking, you should be fine with 100/200 follows a day I think.

I have tried to follow 250 people a day approximately in smaller accounts and I never had a problem, I suggest you either exceed that number or that you personally try

That's great. But the important part, for how many days did you do it? (2/3 days or a couple of weeks or a couple of months or more?)
 
150-250 follows/day is the normal limit for most of the accounts,

Watch out for trolls n' fake news out there little brother
 
You can do 150-165 follow per day safely without getting blocked, (in the past I was doing 200 but some of my customers accounts were getting temporary blocked)
 
I am Providing an client of Mine with HQ Followers.
Account is 1+ year Old, and there was 1.5k followers previously.

When I started I was providing 300 in a day, every 4-5 days.
Then provided 400 per day, in 4-5 days.
Just yesterday send 600 FOLLOWERS In 2-3 hours .
There was no Banned as such.

My Personal Experience.

And I would always advice start channel with 10k bot/real/fake Followers, improves your presence In peoples eyes

200 max, 130 to 150 to be cautious

200 max, 130 to 150 tobe safe...

we grow accounts from 100 to 1500 followers DAILY - Pm for more info :)
 
Follows is 14-24/Hour,130-180/Day
Unfollow is the same as Follow.

I think it's close to 6,6 ish k
