That's true, they're definitely difficult to come by but that's because of how the world has evolved. People attach value to things that are worthless. It's hard for people to picture a different world the way we live our lives now because of peoples current views. In order for people to look at the world differently they would have to empty their cup, this would shatter their reality.

Steve Jobs says something similar in a different way more geared towards the world we live in now. Be it improve the world or improve your own life.


At the end of the day, I'm not saying drop what you're doing don't make money and help others instead because unfortunately that way you're going to get nowhere. But be aware of your actions, because the way things are it looks like the currency system as we know it will collapse, maybe not in our lifetimes but it will.

You do realise if there was no currency nobody would have a reason to study or work a meaningful job, everyone would own cattle, grow food and spend there days sitting around singing and drinking.

Don't believe me? look at the UK and the US where there are thousands of people who will never work because they prefer to pop kids out and sit on their arse, if you are suggesting these people would "improve humanity" then you are quite frankly an idiot.
 
I think the problem in current situation is Corruption and that the BIG players can manipulate what ever they like. Then they can can aqquire pshysical property with their "money" ripped off from other peoples backs which is only numbers in database with no real value to anyone.

This is where language fails, it's subject to interpretation unless you write paragraphs of text so that people get the idea and don't twist the context. I have nothing against personal gain, but there's more to it then what is described. I see your point about me asking a question and then imposing personal views, I'm not really sure why I started imposing my views in the first place and therefore I will stop.

Also, my written views are not my ideals, I have ideas but no ideals. I just thought that at the end of the day the Earth doesn't belong to one single person, and therefore everyones views should be considered, not only of those who are in power.

Corruption, interest rates and the fact not enough houses are being built and the ones getting built are being bought by millionaires for investment = more money for them = more interest= less houses to purchase= higher house prices.

A massive circle which gets worse as times goes on until a businessman who has came from the bottom to the top and is elected PM it will never change, someone like David Cameron has no clue how business works he just has a degree and can talk in a PC way to get votes.

No I'm not comparing. I'm just showing that the majority of people work for OTHER peoples ideals. Most people work not because they want to but because they have to, otherwise the government will take a dump on you and steal your house from you if you don't pay property tax. Most are blinded by the ideals created by other people and not by what they really want.

People will be build it for free, duh!
And they will also help you escape from prison when you don't pay your property taxes!

Do you really believe that all tax money is really used by governments to improve our lives? Tax is just another profit mechanism.

If all money was used towards improving peoples life and well being, humans would have made much more progress then we are making now.

Indeed. Lots of tax money goes into projects no real value and only because the friends / funders of politicians will profit from it. Its easy to spend billions of tax money when its not your own.

But some taxes are required atleast since there is lots of stuff that need be done to keep the system running which no one would be ready to pay if asked. though the taxe rate could be lot less without corruption.
 
Whether the system we live in is right or wrong there is always going to be some sort of 'system'

So you either sit and moan about it, try and change it, or you make the best out of it.

I know which I'd prefer.
