CTR hasn't recovered

For a couple of months now there has been a steady growth on my impressions and ctr. But on a certain date on October it went down and it has not gone up much. What do you think I could do to increase CTR again.

I think I found the culprit. My VA assigned to create the rankmath snippets has been doing it wrong for the past 3 months. So on google search a weird code shows up as a title which is shown in the screenshot below. FML
