I had also made in loss in crypto. But overall crypto has been useful to me in many aspects. Most of the payments I get for services I provide is in crypto only.

Wait for the price to drop to the production cost (you can use the Bitcoin Production Cost indicator on TradingView). The timings is the most important. Buy the rumours, sell the news, buy when everyone os fearfull, sell when everyone is euforic

First watch some videos on YouTube how to filter and snipe projects ,then search groups,lounges , kols chats where people or influencers shill tokens , be active there look who shares profit tokens, try to connect with them , and ask other good kols groups they in research even those tokens. And remember it still a gamble.
