What exchange are people using that supports a wide array of payout channels as well as ways to load funds to purchase. that work for people located in canada

I believe Paxful is one with the most payment methods available, 300 or something. But it is not a centralized exchange, it's more like a marketplace where buyers and seller met. And it's full of scammers, too. Another place is LocalBitcoins, with the same ups and downs as Paxful. Not sure what you're looking for, I hope my answer helps.
