Creating new channel under proxy after suspension

This month i created 2 channels, channel Y with 10+ public videos.
Another channel Z containing some copyrighted stuff (but no strike), hit 10k views within a week.

But once i link Z to adsense to get reviewed for monetization, the next day channel Z was suspended.
Y still survive.

Z was suspended is it because of copyrighted stuff or because adsense show history causing Youtube to suspend the channel?

Is my IP/gmail/adsense blacklisted or I can still create new channel using the same way?

or should i use private proxy, IP, new adsense (different payee's name), and a new gmail account?
