THE SHORT:
How do I change my device ID on a rooted android device/emulator (don't say Bluestacks!)
THE LONG:
Hi everyone, I hope to share my journey with you. I'm currently having difficulty creating Instagram accounts (I've managed to make 13 so far on different devices, my lucky number) I am getting the "Too many accounts have been made on this device message". So I need to change/mask my device from instagram. I use a proxy for every 5 IG accounts created, and then change proxies.
I'm using a rooted Nox android emulator on my PC, and have installed the xposed framework on it as a means of cloaking my identity. I tried Bluestacks with BS Tweaker (I take my hat off to those who use it). Bluestacks in a cancer that needs to be eradicated- full of bloatware, I can't stand it, nor could I get the tweaker to work.
All my accounts are automated with bots and auto-schedulers. I am using a proxy scraper for the IPs I use in proxyDroid (a great app, works flawlessly). So, the problem is not my IP - and I can mask by android id, ad ID, etc with Xprivacy (another fantastic app). But I cannot find a way to change my device model i.e. Samsung to HTC, Sony to Asus, etc.
Could Someone tell me how I could possibly change my Device model without actually having to buy a new device? I am flummoxed and would greatly appreciate any insight!
TOOLs:
Nox emulator
xposed framework (needs root)
APPS:
ProxyDroid
XPOSED MODULES:
Xprivacy (works)
Device ID Changer (works)
Device Faker (not working)
Mobile Faker (not working)
