Creating multiple acounts on iTunes

Hi!

I´m trying to create multiple iTunes accounts. The problem is that after a few attempts iTunes seems to block you from creating any more and shows an error message: "For assistance, contact iTunes Support at ...".
I am changing the IP address after every account, and I´ve already tried changing the MAC address and the hard disk Serial number, yet iTunes is still able to recognize that I am using the same PC.
Any ideas what else they could be looking at to determine the PC, or how I could bypass that?

Maybe a clean install of itunes could help? (on top of all the changes you've already mentioned)

Tried this but still didnt work. For anyone who can teach me a workaround for this im willing to pay $10 paypal. Should be 100% working method.
