If you want to create manually in an android phone create it with a 4g sim card,possibly add a number and email to it. Dont use temp emails or bad quality ones, use emails like outlook,gmail etc

Right, but quality drops a lot unless the bot is really efficient. Most bot created accounts are bad quality

With a mobile you need a different proxies for creating account. With a bot it will be easy.

I recommend to use a real SIM with data plan subscription cause it will cheaper than a proxy, in some parts of the world and after every creation you get a new IP just putting the phone in an airplane mode ON/OFF.
Second, learn how to create unlimited accounts on the same phone which require a bit of what is Instagram checking and how you can circle that

Great that you decided to create the account manually, as the probability of the account getting suspended will be lower. Accounts can be created by bots, but they may have lower quality and can create problems in the long run.
Tips:
- Use a SIM card network for creating the account.
- Create the account on a real phone.
- Use Gmail or a phone number.
- Create 1-2 accounts per day.
- Spend some time on the account after it is created so that it looks natural.
- Dont create too many account on one phone too fast

i did changed the ip from aeroplane mode and connected it as hotspot in laptop, and tried creating account -- 1st time it worked, but now its still detecting accounts and suspending
(cache/cookies were deleted in the browser, still)

For some reason it doesn't work for me, the account is immediately blocked. Any ideas? Mobile proxies, memu 9.
