What do you use to create IG accounts? I can't get followliker to work. I would love any recommendations.

PVA accounts:
Bluestacks + BSTweaker + ProxyCap + Proxies + Prepaid Simcards

Followliker doesnt have 'Create account' feature.

They are really cheap(bulk order) in my country.
