I think they created them in 2013, had them already in the storage and still selling today

I know supplier for 2012 accounts but they are pretty expensive

There is no way to create 2013 accounts they’re called 2013 cause they was made in 2013

Probably 2012/13 accounts didn't have any security linked to them, no SMS, no email password, fingerprints, IP, etc. (Only those accounts without any activity after FB bought IG).
I think guys are trying "brute force" methods using old database breaches against Instagram and now Instagram will ask them to set up a new password because they didn't authenticate in the last 10 years and probably a phone number...
Nobody creates thousands of accounts and waits for 10yr to sell them .
The same method applies to YouTube too, in 2006 was sold to G....that's why we have old YT accounts on the market.

you can't create those, people use scraper to get those accounts, most of them are inactive accounts and getting scraped cause either they dont have a 2nd authentication or easy passwords to exploit

This is the right answer right here.

They hack into these accounts via millions of userass attempts per second using databases of previously leaked userasses, hoping that someone uses the same userass for every single platform.

Most of the sellers on BHW are just re-sellers of these accounts given how much more expensive they are on here. Once they've been brute-forced, these guys simply buy them up, clear all of the posts, bios, etc. and sell em off, eliminating the possibility of the accounts being traced back to the original owner.

They usually target people in India or other third world countries to minimize the possibility of it coming back to bite them in the ass. If you know where to look, you can buy these 2011 - 2015 accounts for as cheap as $0.25 a piece but I should mention that it's pretty illegal and probably not a BHW-endorsed service.
