Created Website with Weebly, Help with Ranking and possibly Re-Creating Site

I created a website with Weebly, got it ranked #3 on google right below the main site. I had it there for a few hours, then immediately lost my position and now sit on page three while everyone else passes me up.

Its a very small and easy market too. Trust me, there's not many searches or competitors yet.

And can somebody fix it, can someone re-create that website somwhere else for me, and rank it again?
