Create fake positive GMB reviews

Hi Guys I have a problem with Google reviews. I tried to create new Google profiles using: proxy, VPN, temporary phone numbers, to verify the profile.
I also tried to switch browsers and always clear all cache.
So I always manage to create new profiles but when it's time to put the review it is immediately filtered and does not even appear in the list of reviews.
Maybe there is something that escapes me?
Could anyone tell me where am I wrong?
Is it no longer possible to create new reviews from new profiles?
If anyone has a guide or a video showing the step by step procedure updated to this period, I would be pleased.
I'm not interested in buying reviews because I'm not American but I'm European so I'm going to write the reviews myself. Also because I have little money.

Usually these methods cost some $$$. But it's always better to buy old gmail accounts, 4g proxy, use antidetect browser etc.

There is many treads about it.
The simple answer is : buy reviews from a provider.
Or ask from your friends and family to post reviews for you.

Are you able to provide gmb reviews for any country that pass latest algo ?
