Create an IT company with zero dollars

This doiesn't work unless you actually have a company with hired people that you trust. You cannot advertise a service and then being dependent on people you don't even know to deliver it. It's too risky. You need someone whose quality and deliver time you can trust.
Idiots will learn the hard way, expecially when hiring these kind of asian devs who always claim they can do everything to get some $$$ and in the end you are left with a mess

Totally not worth it as programmers may want money right away...

Well, lowering prices is a strategy until you build fame

Then you start charging more gradually
Take some screenshots to document your progress to show it here
9 developers is good, very advanced about deadlines
Did you start after reading this? Or did you start before?

With 9 developers in one project it can be ready finished in 1 day

You can also guarantee fast delivery
You must have managing skill

You can learn it online on udemy

damn dude, that is something that i never though!
revolutionary idea!

you joking man, i enter to read something serious to not this)

It's a company for 0 dollars
Yeah, correct. Acquiring clients (marketing) too, costs 0 dollars nowadays. That is absolutely correct. It is all so easy and the best part, is that it is all free

After reading this yesterday, I started the company INSTANTLY and just because I started the company, thousands of hungry and talented Devs from all over the world joined my revolutionary company.

Some are still begging and crying over the phone to join. But I don't have time for drama.

Since I got all the devs I want, people also started ordering software. Thousands of orders at a time.

By midnight, we got Trillions of orders in queue. I was so busy today processing all those.

Tomorrow I will sell the company to Microsoft and buy my private island in the pacific ocean.

Can you please recommend me a nice one where there are plenty of fishes?

Actually that is exactly how Upwork works.
I've spent more than 100k on upwork. Freelancers billed hourly get paid weekly and from your card or paypal. By calendar, not when you want.

Not if the 1 Billion dollar company founder also happens to be the new owner of Upwork (he has found a lucky ticket and is now the 100% new Upwork CEO) and change the payment terms for all freelancers.

Freelancers get billed hourly if you set it that way, I pay everyone once project is finished. Per project, not per hour.

so if you use lumpsum with milestones you still need to pay upfront the first milestone, sure you can set the first milestone at $10 and the second milestone at the end, but good luck finding skilled and reliable people that way.

It's called arbitrage. That's how most businesses work online and offline. In theory all easy and promising.

Forgot to mention

When there's no job, the programmers could create tutorials for a YouTube channel with computer programming language as a subject

Already got it going. I have 9 developers and about to get my company off the ground this month! Thanks
Lol, are you actually serious?
Do you keep the developers, when the project is over? Do you hire new developers for new projects? Do you allow the developers to talk to each other and develop program for the project or do you give a single developer a project?

Tell more!
