Hire 4 programmers
You make a deal to find them jobs and pay them per job completion
When the job is complete, you pay them, that's the only way
You act as a middle man between clients and programmers
You only pay them after the job is done and you receive the money

It's a company for 0 dollars

This doiesn't work unless you actually have a company with hired people that you trust. You cannot advertise a service and then being dependent on people you don't even know to deliver it. It's too risky. You need someone whose quality and deliver time you can trust.
