I am surprised that I am not finding what I am looking for in services. I am looking for a very nice layout that looks professional and attractive.

I am looking for a site that is SEO friendly and has enough quality content that can help it's rank.

I am not sure what all to ask for other than someone who really knows their stuff and please nothing generic...

Anyone have some samples along with a proposal and suggestions?
