Create a Custom Water Report Tool for Our Site

We’re looking to implement a Free Water Report feature on our website, similar to what’s available on eskiin.com. Here’s how it works:

User clicks on "Get My Free Water Report"

They input their E-Mail, ZIP Code, and Name.

Then they will get e-mailed back their water report (water hardness etc...)

1. User Interaction: Visitors to our site will click on a Free Water Report button.
2. Input Form: They’ll be prompted to enter their name, address, and email.
3. Report Delivery: After they submit the form, they’ll receive an automated email containing a customized water report. This report should include details like water hardness, PPI, and other relevant metrics for their area.

We’d like this process fully integrated on our site, from form submission to email delivery with the report attached. Let us know if you need more details or have questions about the specifics.

It will require a database of some sort to be made, and the e-mails will be sent out using Klaviyo, so Klaviyo integration will be needed aswell.
