Create 4g proxies

Hi,
I need to create at least 10 4g proxies, that I want to use for instagram account creation.
I am not finding any tutorial and I am reading everywhere that to create them you must have great programming skills.
Can someone help me?

3 ways you can do this....with 10 4g dongles on a USB hub connected to a windows pc (could be raspberry) running Wingate and a batch script for switching ip of all of them, or a linux system running squid connected to the same usb hub or 4g Android phones running proxy servers. For the first option, its pretty straightforward but you will need to buy a wingate license. For the second option, you have already been told about proxy know ebook. So the ball is in your court.
