Just looking to see if anyone else has had a similar issue?
I'm based in the UK and have been using CR for around two years however stopped for a while whilst I concentrated on building some networks. I've just recently restarted and have got my payout amount to $96.50 which was around 1/2 leads away from a payout, I however woke up the next morning to find my commission amount due had gone down to $77.53. I'd checked to see if there had been any charge backs/refunds but there had not been any since my last payout.
I've calculated the amounts carried over since my last payout and it adds up to $96.50 rather than $77.53... Has anyone else had a similar experience? I've sent an inbox to my affiliate manager but have heard nothing in the past 5 days.
