Can I post offers from CPAGrip on my telegram channel, which has a decent number of subscribers? Is that considered a legit traffic source? Sorry if this is a basic question; I'm new to CPA marketing.

Yes, posting to discord will be fine. Usually these networks accept any type of traffic but just to be on the safe side you should contact your network manager and ask them if you're not sure.

yes,but best solution will be paid ads,i think all top earners left grip,grip was ok some years ago
 
Facebook rejected my ads saying the business ideal is not acceptable
