CPAGRIP HELP URGENT

Hello, I need help with CPAGrip I just finished making my content locker, now how do I put it into action?
I tried looking at tutorials but none work, they're all old, or they speak another language.
Finally do I HAVE to put my tax info in to cashout.?

Copy the code and paste it to your html
 
Is your locker a content locker or link locker


If it's a content locker you take the Javascript script they provide to you and add it at the header of your html code <head> <\head>

If it's a link locker you add it as a link on the button or wherever you want them to click.

Can I still use free domain/hosting if I do this, Like wix for example.

You can use free domains from freenom and free hosting from profreehost with cpanel if you want Cpa landing pages I can help with that
