Hi,
my cpabuild account has been blocked or banned
I want to know if I can use the same Payoneer account to get paid or any trick to use the same Payoneer account.

I *think* you mean to create another cpabuild account and using the same payoneer ?
If so, you do it at your own risk...
You will generate some $$$ and they will ban you and you will post a thread here "cpabuild banned me with $1k on my account" ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Also it's important to know why you were banned
If it's fraud, there is no chance they'll let you even open a 2nd account
 
It is NOT advisable to use the same Payoneer account on a new Cpabuild account.

A new account is supposed to show "new details"
