I just seached on Google and found a few videos where they talk about this method
Currently I am searching for channels with a CPA link. I found lots of channels with math puzzles but they don't have CPA links in the comments.
I found this channel for example: https://www.youtube.com/@Brainshort/community
It has 223K subscribers but millions of votes on the polls.
Also has some discord/yt video links in the comments.

I know someone that has tested this many times already, they purchased votes, comments and even shares via panels and Microworkers. They tried it with small, medium and large channels. The outcome was always the same: Not viral!

I found another such channel (small network) of the votes.
The guy has 50-800k votes done on 1 VOTE! And he has like 30 of them or so..
Crazy amount. He uses content lockers.
I digged out his email and asked him how he gets the traffic. I pretended to be noob Indian guy.
Maybe he reveals something.
I dont want to ruin anyones business but I would like the sweet piece of pie from this huge cake.
Im sure he makes at least 100$ a day from this. If not more.
Also I investigated his channels he uses and found some interesting tricks.
I think I understand how he gets the traffic actually but im not sure 100%.
Whatever the method is, its a mystery. Getting 50-800k people to vote.
There is no point in sending bots to the votes too. Waste of money. Bots wont solve the content locker..
And CPA network will ban for this anyway..
But Im lurking around for some more.

Honestly, at this point the only possible explanations I can come up with are:
1. Massive bot farms are being used
2. Hacked computers > accounts (unlikely)
Personally, I think someone has created a ridiculousy big bot farm (#1). It sounds unbelievable but there's really no other logical explanation.
- SMM panels = Nope, it would cost too much
- Microworkers = Same reason as above
I remember there was some type of YouTube stream method many years ago, someone was using a html redirect code on large websites (not hacked).
That's it. Nothing else.
