CPA with Yahoo ! or MSN ??

Hi BHW ! Can you suggest me some methods for Promoting CPA offers using Yahoo! or MSN. Mainly I'm promoting email submits related to Freebies and Cellular Offers. Any methods for promoting them using Instant Messenger will be helpful.

What's the point in promoting email submits? $1-$2? Why not promote a trial product that pays out $45?
