CPA with a 10,3k Instagram account

I have this account that was given to me with 10,3k followers in it.

What should I do to make money with it? I have an account on OGAds but I'm still very new to this CPA business.

Any help is appreciated,

If you value the account. You should stay away from CPA. But as for a good working method. Try @Cryogenesis 's posts.

would you say growing the account and finding a niche would be better?
