CPA training step by step

Hi BHW guys,
i'm so happy to be part of the BHW since few months ago, the forum that open my eyes and my mind too, i've learned a lot of important things that i did not find any where else, i would like to thank also all the BHW members for theire help and their efforts of wrighting good threads and for their support.
actually i want to start Affiliate marketing CPA i've registred into some CPA networks since i understood how it works, but i still need a step by step course if someone know a course or a training programme please tell me, i have searched in YouTube a lot but all the guys are not showing the whole processe.
i apreciate your help and i welcome your suggestions, thanks in adevance BHW gurus.
