What type of offers convert on job seekers best?

I'm running thejjadders and a couple others similar to that. I've not been accepted by bigger job boards such as mon$ter or cb.
And its giving me $0.07EPC which is lower than I invest into my list currently.

I'm going to try survey offers on my list.. Not sure if it even worth it to try. Can you guys share your expirience please?

I guess, only a bad ass IMer bothers with the jobless guys. They are already in peril, why do you want to depress them more?

Assumptions will keep you poor.

Firstly - well over 90% of job seekers already have a job.
Secondly - the industry is worth over $350 Billion

So there are a lot of people making a lot of money from dealing with 'the jobless guys'

If these are true facts than can you please post a link to these stats?

And from what I saw from all your previous posts, you have negated with the posts by people in the thread. I had posted my opinion, so it's my opinion. Rather than disagreeing and proving your point, you can post about what OP asked for! That will make this a better thread.

I wasn't disagreeing with you. I was stating facts. I think that was slightly more useful than suggesting the OP was wasting his time.

@OP - can you give some more information about the jobseekers? (country, status, what details do you collect, are they opt-in etc.)

I do not charge them anything neither going to do it in the future. They're looking for a job, isn't it? What if I suggest them another job board to register at? Is that too bad? I'm not sure if you aware, but I get commission from advertiser not from job seeker.

I collect as much details as they post in their resumes (I'm getting them from one supplier with access to job boards).
So I have their name, industry, expirience, desired position, salary etc.
They're US residents only.

They aren't opt-in. So I mail them once only and remove from my list. I'm going to get them opted-in my list so I could mail them twice and more. Currently I mail once only to keep safe from ISPs blacklists.

I've to disagree with you. You're earning from people who have nothing. You can do it but etically it's poor work.

i run a private network that has job offers and they can take bh traffic as well.

Anybody on here ever been so broke that you actually thought about robbing a bank? Maybe not seriously but I'm sure if you've been in this situation some pretty unethical stuff has crossed your mind. Well then what the Op is trying to do doesn't seem so bad when you compare it to something like that but if anyone still thinks that it's that unethical then this is certainly not the forum for you. When I first came to this forum I expected the worst case scenarios but I have yet to see people doing horrible stuff like I expected. Go join some religious forum if blackhat techniques keep you awake at night and get a job or search for one and become the prey like 90% of the world. I think I'd rather be the hunter rather than the prey!

Job seeker and jobless are two diff things..

Op, if your target is job seeker, survey offers would do okay.. Free gifts type offer too..

Or you could work out a jv with headhunters.. You'll be like a one man recruitment agency..

Another way is you could employ them as ur salesman or affiliate or VA actually.. Win-win situation.. :)

I'm very interested in this as well... anyone have any further ideas? Best offers for job seekers?
