CPA marketplaces

Hi, can anyone here recommend any CPA marketplaces or share their experience of working with such?
I work with CPALead for a long time and would like to use their marketplace to promote offers from direct advertiser. However, they have a big minimum deposit of 250$ without any refund.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it.
Do you have any other marketplaces in mind that require at least 100$ to start?
Or can you maybe share your experience of cooperation with such?

I remember using them the first time as an advertiser , it was only $50 minimum deposit then the second time i used them tried to contact them so they can refund the rest of my money left on my account they diden't bother to answer me , i called them and no answer so i had to open a dispute on Paypal.

You can try them as i think they refund the rest of the money left on the account but they take like 10% fee of it.

I tried them with an email/zip submit offer , it was profitable but the cpa network i was working with reversed all the leads because of low quality , so no it's not a positive experience. I can see it working with a cpi offer.
