CPA Loan Offer Question for JV

Are there any legit CPA loan offers out there? So that if the customer is approved they actually can get the money from a representative or by check or whatever. I've looked into a couple, and they seem just like lead generation for spam loan e-mail offers. I'm looking to replace a loan system in a local business but I can't if it doesn't actually give the customer money within a reasonable time.

I just want to make sure I'm offering these local businesses something of value for their customers so they'll keep me on board for their financial needs.

So are there any out there any CPA offers for Good and/or Bad Credit, if so where?
