Hey guys, will I get in trouble if I register a free host with free domain through an anonymous proxy and upload there copyrighted stuffs' links wich are content locked? But through proxies and maybe with a VPN. The only way they can get my data is through the cpa network. Would they give my datas to the yards? Or should I start thinking about a more legal method? :/ And Im not a US citizen but I dont know exactly my country's laws about this activity. Actually I'm from a small country in Eastern Europe, Hungary.
Secondly if they would give me, should i register with fake names to cpas and to alertpay /I have seen a guide about alertpay maybe/ to get full anonimity? Could someone give me an advice how should I do this?
Thirdly, if I'd use CLP could some1 know from the given cpa that which cpa network do I use and whats my datas?
thanks

Define "get in trouble"!

Some of your accounts might get banned sure, but (not speaking from experience) I really don't think you would get in any trouble legally.

The owners of the materials may not go through the trouble of fetching you out from the hole.

They will only:

1. contact the free host provider to shut down your account, OR

2. contact the owner of the offers you are promoting, while the company contacts the cpa network to shut down your account.

In my opinion, in cases, like this, nobody will really care about where you are from.

In trouble I mean get in to jail. If they block only my accounts then its awesome, I only need to make sure that I wont get a fine or get to jail.

You may get your account at the host shut down
you may get your cpa account(s) banned
you may get a fine
you may do time.

The FTC is trying to kill off internet marketing. There was a lot of mobile pin submit advertisers that got killed off due to the FTC / FCC, as well as almost(if not) all rebills.

All a game of chance.

If they are in a shitty mood that day they can stiff-arm the cpa network to hand over your information, they may just request that your account be blocked.

If your afraid of a fine or jail time, don't do it.

at least not on a free host.

I thought about the free host to stay in anonym as much as I can, because I have a paid host as well but they dont allow this neither. You made me sad :(. But I dont need a shit like jail so I will definitely move to a full legal way of IM. :/

No you just need an offshore host, and decent cpa company

dima or anyone, could you name some cpas which are 'decent' for this activity? here or in pm.

don't worry, east-European contries don't care too much about law

Especially when your prime minister is Victor Orban - someone who degrades human rights & law to something unnecessary..
