I use hostinger from 000webhost link. And $1 namecheap domains for a year with free whois.

Not locker but a landing page. OGads offers landing pages too in case if you don't have hosting. I don't know if they still provide it as I'm not using OGads since last year. You just have to drive traffic to make money.

Choose any hosting + cloudflare caching longest time
The condition, your CPA landing page must be static.
If your hosting is down, cloudflare will take over delivering files to users for some time.
You can even choose free github pages for that + cloudflare caching.
That's why I am not choosing wordpress or any php/sql solution for CPA landing pages.

Don't hear those who recommend GoDaddy or 000webhost, that are sh*tty hostings, 000webhost was hacked in the past and is not secure.
You shouldn't pay even 1€ for their hosting, GoDaddy shaddy company forget them...
