CPA + Hipleap Earning Trick

Hi BHW Members,
I know someone who is making a lot of money by using some tricks on CPA (MaxBounty) + Hitleap method. I requested him a lot but he is not going to reveal it. Can someone here help me to know what he would be doing? I'll be extremely grateful.

It wouldn't work, Fahad bhai. Hitleap gets you banned. Even if it's premium.

Hitleap sends bot traffic. There's no way he can get CPA conversions via Hitleap. I guess he may be getting conversions by some other shady way and sending Hitleap traffic to lower the CTR to not raise any suspicion.
 
I'm also thinking the same but hope to get 100% solution from BlackHatWorld.
