CPA for FinServs

I represent a niche PB FinServ Provider (brand).

I was tasked with launching, finding, interviewing and hiring CPA-marketers.
Due to the fact that this is Finance-related, I am finding this very difficult.
The usual platforms for affiliates have ridiculous requirements, or I don't understand how to work them.

You mean you are looking for affiliates to promote your product? It really depends on what is your offer.

- What type of finance is it? Payday loans/Credit card/Credit repair, or more Crypto/Forex?
- Which country?
- Have you a proven offer? Like you have been marketing on your own, and you know your lander CTR, the conversion rate? Or is it a new untested product?
- What is the payout? and is it a signin (SOI/DOI), or PPS?
