thanks but first i need what was wrong ? i mean all offers will be the same in cost !

Start promoting Offers like in French Markets, Traffic is cheaper. Just promote where %80 of the market place is not and you will get cheap traffic bro!

my AM dennis never answer his skype even when he's online !

i tried for french offer .it was pin with 10$payout and also i got clicks for .09$ but it's also so high

Ahh - his Skype actually has so many contacts that Skype will frequently freeze. We've had Microsoft Skype engineers use his account as a test platform to find bugs for newer versions because his account will frequently cause Skype to bug new messages from random accounts. They haven't been able to solve the issue Please message us with your Skype ID and he can reach out to you!

France is a top market but since those PINs have had some changes to the regulation requirements for users that can be successfully billed, the conversion rates for FR traffic that's not very well targeted has greatly decreased.
