Could REALLY use some advice on my first website BHW

I am currently creating an anime streaming website of a sorts with minimal experience in the field of web design and Marketing.Please help me cover all my bases.

1.Web Hosting- I plan on using orangewebsite to host my website because of their free digital speech in Iceland. Or should i use a BHW web host just to be safe as I will be using copyrighted content.

2.Advertising- I do not know which advertising company to use on my website, is there any recommended company or service on BHW as I prefer bitcoins and confidentiality.

3.SEO- Exactly how should I go about getting search engine results for my website on google, I mean do i just ask some SEO service on BHW or is that meant more for blogs?

P.S These are my genuine questions i feel are most important of course i have so much more to ask but was hoping I could elaborate more after some responses. Thanks for anyone who has read through all the way please advise me in any way possible especially if I am forgetting something obvious to the you professionals of BHW. I am not asking for handouts i am asking for th INFO neccesary to optimize my income the way i know BHW users can do Thank You

I 'd suggest to go with webhosting which has positive reviews in the past. It is well worth the price... If you are looking to host copyright content then go with offshore webhosting.
For advertising depend on google adwords and facebook ads.
