What do you mean by a full version.Do you want to do a phishing like website where it looks exactly like the original one but the files aren't the same or do you want the same files of code and other to be stored on your hosting ?
Because one cost you some money but the other might cost you a lot more than 1000 dollars.

One benefit of taking a minute to think before posting would be not losing the opportunity to make X amount of dollars as he would be banging his head against the wall not being able to set up a business deal with you that would put cash in your pocket.
